I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, located in a beautiful place very close to Sao Paulo. The rooms were spacious, well-kept, and filled with all the necessary amenities like soap, shampoo, and conditioner. However, the bed felt a bit too low for my liking. The service was exceptional, with helpful and kind staff always ready to assist. The location, although convenient by one of the main roads leaving from São Paulo, felt somewhat isolated with not much around to explore. The dining experience was good, although I wished for fresher natural juices and nicer cakes. Overall, a great place but a bit on the expensive side for what is offered.
